Tsu Ann VS Body Fat Round 5!

Last weekend I ran 10km for the Penang Bridge International Marathon 2011.

Completed within 1 hr 21 mins. I’m hoping the next run I’ll be better.

I think I lost 3 kgs there.

Today I had Ultimate cheezy pizza and bbq chicken wings. FML.

Think i gained the 3 kgs i lost. 

Tomorrow.

I’ll start my diet tomorrow.
